Joe’s real estate journey began early. At age 10, he helped his father, Pete Sr., by relaying messages from prospective clients. As the industry evolved with early online marketing, he assisted with updating property listings. These early experiences gave him a lifelong foundation in real estate and instilled the importance of honesty, trust, and putting clients first.

Today, Joe partners with Pete running The Duffy Team at Comey & Shepherd REALTORS®, serving buyers and sellers throughout Greater Cincinnati. He combines decades of industry exposure with modern marketing, technology, and a straightforward, consultative approach. Whether helping a family purchase a home, preparing a property for the market, or guiding clients through a difficult negotiation, Joe’s goal is to provide clear advice and make every decision feel informed and manageable.

Joe is also committed to strengthening the real estate profession. He has served as a Director for the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, Chair of its Budget and Finance Committee, and a member of its Executive Committee. His leadership experience and involvement in the industry give him a broader perspective that directly benefits his clients and team.

Outside of real estate, Joe is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and enjoys hiking, camping, dog training, personal fitness, and reading books focused on leadership and self-improvement. For Joe, real estate is more than a career—it is a lifelong passion built around relationships, service, and positively impacting the lives of others.
